Meet the experts behind QLS Brazil operations

QLS - QUALITY LIFE SCIENCES is a Brazilian company, founded in 2020, based on the experiences of its directors and the knowledge fusion with highly qualified companies and professionals.

In the Brazilian market for a company to sell products that are subject to the health authorities, these products must be registered in the name of companies that are duly Licensed with the local VISA (Sanitary Surveillance) and that hold ANVISA Federal Operation Authorization (AFE), as required by Brazilian legislation. Therefore, there are only two ways for your company to legalize and market your product here in Brazil:

  1. If you establish and regularize a company in Brazil with all the required licenses and authorizations and certifications. Your company should bear the costs of hiring a Technical Responsible, and the costs of opening and maintaining this company, as well as rent, wages, telephone, water tank cleaning, pest control, equipment calibration costs. , validations, etc ... and also the demands of a business organization or;

  2. Through an importer duly legalized as QLS - QUALITY LIFE SCIENCES and through the Hosting of the Registry in a company duly regularized in all health spheres. This is a strategic way of legalizing your product in Brazil, as in the Hosting of the Product Registry, the process of regularization of the international company is unnecessary, since the company that offers the “Hosting” service already holds all licenses and authorizations required for use by the international manufacturer and provides for the immediate initiation of petitions for registration processes with regulatory bodies in Brazil. If the international company requires Certification in Good Manufacturing Practices by ANVISA (GMP) for drugs, pharmaceutical supplies or health products of risk class III and IV, QLS - QUALITY LIFE SCIENCES has qualified professionals with international experience to assist your company and also to harmonize your Quality Management System with sanitary requirements in Brazil.

Don't put your product in the wrong hands! Choose QLS !! We have the perfect solution for your company and know the legal, sanitary and ethical procedures of our country!
